As you can see, the ingredients in Instant Knockout are top-of-the-line, and the doses are quite ample in more than a few categories. It has the recommendation of athletes in sports where weight restrictions are extremely important

But does it actually work? Well, as I said before, I never used fat-burners, or at least supplements that are exclusively fat-burning. However, when I was researching supplements and trying to find which one was right for me, I did run into Instant Knockout.

I remember being impressed with the ingredient-list, and also appreciated that it had Zinc for boosting testosterone. But it wasn't until late-summer of 2018 where I would actually recommend it to anyone.

My brother Reuben has always been into fitness, but injured himself on a hiking trip earlier in the spring. He was just getting back into training, but the months out of training didn't do him too many favors fat-wise.

He wasn't pleased with how his training was going, feeling that his bodyfat percentage was not where he wanted.

He kind of went into a rant about how important it is to have low body fat for health, but honestly I think he just want an "excuse" for wanting faster results!

I told him about Instant Knockout, because I remembered the Zinc benefit, and he picked it up. It would be two months before I saw Reuben after he decided using it, but the difference was quite noticeable.

He didn't just return to his regular good shape, he was actually more shredded that he was prior to the accident. He admits that he sometimes feels a little bit too hyper when using it, which is more than likely the increased caffeine.

The only con I can see is that, for some people, this may be a bit too much.
